Man Utd vs Spurs: lineups confirmed for Old Trafford Premier League clash
Manchester United host Tottenham at Old Trafford on Saturday with both sides making wholesale changes after recent defeats.
Why this match is trending
People are searching man utd vs spurs because the two sides are about to kick off at Old Trafford. Kickoff is 5.30pm BST on Saturday 10 October 2026. Both clubs just posted their lineups and both made significant changes, which is what is driving the search traffic right now.
There is no result yet. This is a match that is just getting underway, not one that has been decided. Anything about who wins comes later, once the final whistle goes.
The lineups
Man Utd go with Lammens, Yoro, Maguire, Martinez, Shaw, Tielemans, Mainoo, Diallo, Fernandes, Mbeumo and Cunha. That is two changes from the side that drew 1-1 at Fulham three weeks ago. Leny Yoro and Amad Diallo come in for Diogo Dalot and Marcus Rashford, who both drop to the bench. Diallo is making his first appearance of the season. The rest of the United bench is Darlow, Mount, Zirkzee, Santos, Baleba, Heaven and Lacey.
Spurs made a heavier shake-up, swapping out more than half the team that lost 2-3 at home to Aston Villa. Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, Destiny Udogie, Conor Gallagher, Marcos Senesi and Mohammed Kudus are back in the starting eleven. Omar Marmoush, Mateus Fernandes, Rodrigo Bentancur and captain Micky van de Ven drop to the bench, and Pedro Porro and Andy Robertson are missing through injury. Spurs line up with Kinsky, Gray, van Hecke, Senesi, Udogie, Bergvall, Tonali, Savio, Gallagher, Kudus and Solanke, with Dubravka, Adarabioyo, Maddison, Tel, Fernandes, Marmoush, Bentancur, Davies and van de Ven in reserve.
What's at stake
Both clubs came into this season with some momentum and both have stalled since. This fixture also happens to be a rerun of the 2025 Europa League final between these two clubs, so there is history on top of the usual Premier League stakes.
That context is part of why the search interest is so high today. Fans on both sides have reasons tied to last season as well as this one.
What happens next
Stuart Attwell is the referee, with Jarred Gillett on VAR. The match is being played now at Old Trafford, and nothing about the outcome is known yet. We will know the score once the game is finished, and that result will shape how both clubs' seasons get talked about heading into the next break.
